Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping To You
We pack and ship all original artwork to customers within the Continental United States (collectors outside the U.S., please contact us for more information). Shipping costs will be determined. Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within five business days after you’ve made your purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your painting will arrive. We will require a signature on your end when receiving your artwork. If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Please call us immediately if there are any problems.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All artwork is unframed. Please read descriptions carefully for size and materials. Before purchasing a painting, you should measure your wall space to be sure you’ll be happy with the fit. If you’re not delighted with your purchase, we will give you a full refund for the artwork (shipping costs are nonrefundable) providing that you contact us and ship the painting back within 14 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify us after 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We require that you use a trackable shipping service with signature required. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email us the tracking number for the return so that we can be present to receive and sign for the artwork. After we received and reviewed the art work, we will credit your credit card with the full purchase price of the artwork returned.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and call us immediately. Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
